Guitar Building Workshops
In 2012 I will begin teaching workshops on how to build your own custom guitar. I have done this informally for a few years, working with enthusiastic beginners as time permits, helping them build their first guitar and learn the basics of lutherie.
Each class is designed to produce a professional grade instrument that you can be proud of for decades to come. No formal wood working experience is required. All you need is attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
This is a great way to build your first instrument regardless if you plan on becoming a professional luthier, a devoted hobbiest, or you just want to build one guitar.
I guarantee that this is a thrilling and rewarding experience of a lifetime.

In this 10 sessions students will learn to build a classic telecaster style guitar.
